l public a wide-ranging view of the history and cultural impact of one of our most respected and evolving art forms. From silent movie classics to the latest in Hollywood blockbusters, the screening room of the East Hills Public Library (502 N Woodbine Rd-St. Joseph, Mo) plays host to some of the most diverse and compelling works in the motion picture industry. All screenings are FREE to attend with fresh popcorn provided for your enjoyment. Some months will follow a theme (the Art of Alfred Hitchcock, St. Joseph in the world of Cinema, just to name a few) while other months will offer a wide range of cinematic flavors from classic westerns, Film Noir, slapstick comedies, tried and true movie "classics" and films that might have been overlooked on its initial release.
