It's been 7 years since Hudson Horror screened SPOOKIES at the Alamo Drafthouse in Yonkers, NY and a lot has happened since then.

Vinegar Syndrome released a killer Blu-ray collector's set that included a feature-length documentary and featurette with footage from our show's Q&A with the cast.

SPOOKIES returns to the Drafthouse this Saturday, October 8th along with the Rondo award-winning documentary TWISTED TALE: THE UNMAKING OF SPOOKIES. The double feature is followed by a Q&A with the cast and filmmakers of the movie and documentary.

This might be one of the craziest 80s rubber monster fests ever released. Tickets are on sale now!

The nominations for the 19th Annual Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards were announced over the weekend, and a few of our Hudson Horror friends' projects were nominated.

- Best DVD Extras ( #7): FRIDAY THE 13TH COLLECTION: BACK TO CAMP featurette and SILENT MADNESS: METHOD TO THE MADNESS documentary (created by Glen Baisley and Michael Gingold) and FADE TO BLACK (Glen Baisley edited the Patricia Bunch and Irwin Yablans interviews)

- Best Documentary ( #10): PHANTOM OF THE OPERA: UNMASKING THE MASTERPIECE: SPECIAL EDITION (Glen Baisley edited the documentary and all the DVD extras)

- Best DVD/Blu-ray Collection ( #4): FRIDAY THE 13TH DELUXE COLLECTION and HE CAME FROM THE SWAMP: THE WILLIAM GREFE COLLECTION (Glen Baisley shot the interview with Michael Gingold for a featurette on MAKO: JAWS OF DEATH)

Our friends Glen Baisley and Michael Gingold, won the 18th Annual Rondo Awards for Best DVD Extra for their documentary, TWISTED TALE: THE UNMAKING OF SPOOKIES. The documentary features footage from the Hudson Horror Show screening of SPOOKIES.

The feature-length documentary is featured on the new SPOOKIES Blu-ray by Vinegar Syndrome.,
