Sorry I'm a bit behind! GPDC put on another set of AKC Coursing Ability Trials at Jefferson, OH last weekend (April 18-19, 2026). This venue allows us to camp there overnight and several of the crew/club members do that - we always have a bountiful buffet of food in the evening (Thanks Dave Stouffer!) and fun times to laugh about. This time it was all about laughs and stories in trying to save the wet string. IYKYK. And we did it!! Special thank you to Jessica Burris who took so many of the photos.

Thank you so very much to all the dog/handler teams that attended over the weekend. Lots of newbies. Lots of qualifying runs. Lots of new titles. We hope to see many of you in May 2026 at New Castle/Memorial Day Cluster too!

What: GPDC AKC Coursing Ability Trials 2 per day - 4 trials total over the weekend!
When: Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026
Where: Fischer’s Pine Lake Park, 3796 Maple Road, Jefferson, OH 44047
Details: Come join GPDC as they are once again offering 4 coursing Ability Trials (CABTs) in one (1) weekend! This location is one of our favorite places to do these events - fully-fenced and ready to run your dogs. PLUS we feed you (food/money donations welcome!!)
