WE'VE MISSED YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU BACK TO THE MANOR THEATRE IN JULY

In anticipation of our reopening, we have been working hard to make some improvements to the Manor.

Improvements to expect when you return are:

- Improved restrooms with all touchless bathroom fixtures.
- Sanitizers placed throughout the theatre for your convenience.
- New carpeting throughout the theatre.
- Upgraded ticketing system. You will now be able to choose your seat when purchasing your ticket online or at our box office. All seats are numbered and each aisle is lettered for ease of identification.
- Plexiglass barriers at the box-office, concession stand and bar.
- Foot openers installed on our restroom and auditorium doors for those who prefer not to use the door pulls.

To our valued patrons

We have received a number of requests, since our temporary closing went in to effect, concerning how patrons can purchase gift cards as a way of supporting the Manor Theatre during the shutdown. If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, please send us an email containing your phone number to [email protected]. We will give you a call back to handle your gift card request.

Thank you for your continued support of The Manor Theatre during the shutdown. We hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. The management and staff of The Manor look forward to seeing everyone again sooner rather than later for a movie. Take care.

****UPDATE****

To Our Valued Patrons,

Due to the recent announcement of the first known cases of Coronavirus in Allegheny County, and out of concern for the well-being of our patrons and staff, we have made the decision to temporarily close, effective Monday, March 16th.

There is no timetable as to when we will reopen. We will be monitoring information coming from local, state and federal authorities and our decision to reopen will be based on their recommended guidelines. Please continue to check back for updates as they become available.

Please stay safe and healthy,
Rick Stern, owner

To Our Valued Patrons Regarding COVID-19

We understand everyone is concerned about the coronavirus. We want to address the precautions that the Manor Theatre is taking to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.

Effective immediately, staff employees will be wearing latex gloves at all times, including times when they are not handling food. High traffic areas will be wiped and sanitized on an hourly basis. Our theaters will also be cleaned after every screening, so we ask for your patience as we take every measure to ensure that armrests and cupholders are wiped down.

We will also be limiting the capacity of each auditorium to 50% to ensure that guests will have ample space between themselves and other patrons. We urge those who feel ill to please stay home.

We will keep you updated as this ongoing issue progresses.

The health and safety of everyone is our top priority. We may be changing our course of action as the situation changes.

Wishing you all good health,
Rick Stern, Owner

Hi Manor Theater. Are you planning to reopen in the near future?
Happy 98th anniversary, and may the 99th and the 100th be worth the wait.
Is there something we can do to support the Manor while you are closed?
Best little theater in the 'Burgh. Reasonable prices, pleasant staff and cute little bar. Cozy place to see a movie❤
Any hopes for 1917 or Portrait of a Lady on Fire?
I wrote a poem.
Dear Manor Theatre, I love you, but you’re too brightly lit. I can‘t enjoy the flicks you purvey, Cause I can see all I survey, Clear like the light of day. If only you Would dim the scene Interior, so I could drink in the Flick superior. On your silvery drape I’d be all agape. But until the lights go really off, I’ll be staying in my aerie loft. Dear Manor You’re just too bright for me. Xoxo Sway.
Location, neighborhood, only the best movies, restaurants across the street and adjacent.
Are you geting the movie Judy in Sept???
At Eternity's Gate. Dafoe as Van Gogh. On your radar?
hi! are you guys gonna get the MIA documentary?
Crowd Sourcing: Is anyone able to confirm that theater is wheel chair accessible...exterior entry, entry to the theater, and viewing? The individual I'd like to take is NOT able to transfer to regular seating. I have tried calling the theater repeatedly, and no one answers the phone. Thank you!
