Good afternoon, Community,

Due to the upcoming holiday and the increased requests already received for additional Clamshell parking passes for this week, we have (again) reached our max allowance. We are still working through the extensive waitlist. If you have requested a pass and no longer need it, or if the one you have is no longer in use, please let us know so we can adjust availability accordingly.

Please note that this calculation considers every owner’s permanent clamshell passes and the additional passes released.

Owners and guests are welcome to come in and request to be added to the waitlist for a Clamshell pass. However, please note that requests can only be made up to three days before the desired start date. Waitlist fulfillment is not guaranteed and will be determined based on availability and the order in which requests were added to the list. If you submit a request through the website, it will be added to the waitlist in the order it was received.

If you have requested a parking pass and do not retrieve the pass within 2 days of its start date, we will release it to the next request on our list.

As a reminder, any vehicle parked incorrectly, without renewing or without a pass at all, will be subject to ticketing and towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. If there is no pass, there is no way for Security or Management to connect with the vehicle owner to attempt to correct the parking issue. Please also be vigilant for fire lane markers along the curbs and no parking in alleyways.

If you have received a temporary red OVERNIGHT parking pass, please be advised that the pass is only valid for 1 overnight parking until you can visit the office to obtain the correct pass (if additional parking is available - which at this time is NOT available).

Please visit the office or the guardhouse for a list of Town Municipal Parking lots, should you need. Or you could try 67th Street between the guardhouse and the light at Coastal Hwy. We anticipate being able to release more passes again tomorrow once some of the current passes expire, but they will be limited and will fill with those already on the waitlist.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the busiest week of our season.

Outdoor Pool Update - 7/5/26
Good Morning,

Due to the high winds last night, the outdoor pool will be slightly delayed from use while the lifeguards work to remove all the sand that blew in.

We will open the deck on time (for owners at 9:30 am), but pool use will be delayed until the necessary cleaning is complete.

The indoor and baby pool will be accessible.

REMINDER: Please do not save chairs. If the pool deck is full and we have patrons looking for seats, our policy is to identify unattended chairs and items, track them for 15 minutes, then collect the unattended items and move them to either the front gate or the office for pickup. Please also be considerate with how many chairs you claim for your group, so we can make space for other patrons.
