A reminder from President Brian; and remember, the more the merrier! The Friday cruise night at Kimball Farm is always fun and great food, and the Saturday show is a great chance to get together, talk about cars, look at cars, shop with vendors, and eat more great food!
Hi,
I’m still hoping that most of you can attend our 28th 4 Seasons Rambler Regional. Our guaranteed room block ended on July 1, but you can always call and check room availability.
We have 30 cars registered so far. Still a little low, but you still have another week and half to get your registration in. And we have 40 (we need about 60) reserved for the banquet. I haven’t heard from Walt McNeil, but his car is registered as #1 because he won the Pre-registration Drawing at last year's show.
One note: Support for the Saturday evening banquet and the mid-day concession is a must. If we don’t meet the dollar quota for the banquet, we will be penalized. If we don’t reach the $750 minimum for the mid-day concession, we will be charged an extra $500 fee.
If you’re up to it, come down on Friday to join us for the Kimball Farms classic car cruise, or just come to catch up with other participants.
Early in June, the Regency banquet price increased to $57. I changed the price on the flyer to $50 to help cover. Some participants have contributed the entire $10 per meal difference. Much appreciated, but not necessary, since it came up without warning.
BTW: We should have some really good parts vending going on this year!
I’m still looking to hand the show over to someone younger and more patient so we can go for another 28 years.
I'm attaching the registration form again for those who need it. Let me know if you have any questions.
Later,
Brian
