Culinary Summer Camp Volunteer Requirements
👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳
We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible volunteers to assist with our Culinary Summer Camp program, led by experienced culinary professionals.
Qualifications
    •    Must be at least 15 years of age
    •    Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with campers and families
    •    Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative
    •    Enjoy working with children and helping create a positive camp experience
    •    Interest in cooking, baking, or culinary arts is a plus
Responsibilities
    •    Assist camp instructors and culinary professionals with daily activities and projects
    •    Support campers during hands-on cooking and baking sessions
    •    Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
    •    Assist with setup, cleanup, and preparation of materials and ingredients
    •    Serve as a positive role model for campers
Availability
    •    Camp sessions run from June 29 through August 14
    •    Volunteer shifts are typically:
    ◦    8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
    ◦    1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    •    Preference will be given to volunteers who can commit to the full five-day camp week and are available for multiple sessions throughout the summer.

    •    Leadership and teamwork experience
    •    The opportunity to help inspire the next generation of young cooks and bakers

Summer Camp Update at Edmond Town Hall

Exciting news! Due to strong demand and many of our summer camps already selling out, we’ve added TWO new camp sessions for older kids this summer:

🧁 Cakes & Cupcakes
June 29 – July 3
Ages 11–16

🍳 Scratch Cooking
August 10 – 14
Ages 11–16

We are currently sold out of many camp sessions, but there are still a few spots remaining in Savory Favorites, along with these newly added camps.

If your young chef loves baking, cooking, and getting creative in the kitchen, now is the time to grab a spot before these fill up too!
