Charles Esten takes the stage for an incredible night of country music! You may recognize him as Deacon Claybourne from the hit series Nashville, and tonight you can see him LIVE in Newtown.

Our Sweater Weather Suppers Cooking Camp has only a few spots left! It's a new four-week, fall-themed cooking series for children ages 7–11. Classes will be held on September 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Enrollment is limited to 12 students.

Led by Chef Robyn Herman, the hands-on program will give young chefs the opportunity to prepare a savory main dish and a seasonal treat during each class. Students will work with fresh ingredients, learn essential kitchen fundamentals, and build the confidence to create delicious food from scratch.

The menu will include:

* Pork and Cabbage Dumpling Lasagna
* Meatball Parmesan Heroes
* Taco Bowls
* Rainbow Sheet Pan Fajitas
* Apple Cinnamon Turnovers
* Harvest Muffins
* Baked Apple Cider Donuts
* Chocolate Pumpkin Swirl Muffins

Chef Robyn brings 20 years of experience helping children discover the joy of cooking. She has taught in kitchens including the Zwilling Cooking Studio and Wakeman Town Farm and is known for creating a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for young cooks.

Sweater Weather Suppers is designed to go beyond following recipes. Students will learn practical life skills, explore fresh seasonal ingredients, and take pride in preparing meals they can recreate and enjoy with their families.

Today we join fans around the world in remembering the incomparable Tim Curry.

From Clue and Annie to It and countless performances on stage and screen, Tim Curry was truly one of a kind. For generations of fans, he will forever be Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the unforgettable role that helped make The Rocky Horror Picture Show a cultural phenomenon.

Rocky Horror has become a tradition at Edmond Town Hall, and this fall our two previously scheduled screenings, including one with a live shadow cast, will take on a little more meaning. We hope they will be a chance to come together, laugh, sing along and celebrate the extraordinary performer who started it all.

Today, we join music lovers around the world in mourning the loss of the incomparable Dolly Parton.

Dolly’s influence reached far beyond country music. She was a gifted songwriter, performer, actress, businesswoman and philanthropist whose talent, humor, generosity and unmistakable spirit touched generations. From her remarkable songwriting to her commitment to literacy through the Imagination Library, she showed us the incredible impact one person can have both on and off the stage.

Her songs became part of the soundtrack of our lives, and her influence on artists and audiences will be felt for generations to come.

What an amazing night at Edmond Town Hall!

The Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo played to a SOLD-OUT house last night, and what an incredible show it was.

Thank you to everyone who came out to experience this legendary band live in our theater. The music, the energy and the audience made it a night we won’t soon forget.
