NrichmentZone LLC COMMUNITY BUILDERS CHANGE AGENTS DEVELOPING LEADERS FOR TOMORROW Nrichmentzone LLC began as the vision of our esteemed, President and Founder, Mr. Odeon Perez.

At the young age of 18, while working at the local library, Odeon found that he could increase the number of youth who visit the library by offering programs that other youth would be interested in attending. This experience working at the library and starting youth centered programming, led Odeon to other opportunities to work with youth at community centers and schools. Over the last 10 years Mr

. Perez has engaged hundreds of youth in order for them to realize their ability to impact positive change in their own community. By galvanizing the young people around him it became clear that an organization should be formed where the youth could act as leaders and develop programs to educate, empower and involve their peers in positive, healthy community engagement.
