Ground chicken day on the packing room. We deboned about 125 # of fresh drumsticks to get 80 # of ground chicken. It took two of us about 4 hours to complete the process. By how much our customers bought this weekend alone, we will be doing this again.

Don’t know how I’m blessed with this amazing crew. But they could each be featured in their own series and support agriculture in all sorts of ways. We all worked together today to bring food from our friends to your table.

Pyrenees like to help with things that absolutely require no Pyrenees. Max was providing a lot of helpful assistance on today’s fencing repairs. The Pyr-paw was offered many times.

When you come back from vacation and the pigs decide to run up and greet you… in the field…on the wrong side of their fence. It’s nice to be missed and at least they didn’t get out for the farm sitter, but can I go back to the beach now?
