Room 9 Martinez County Jail Room 9- Martinez Detention Facility For those who do not know about Room 9. Room 9 is full of tweakers, crack heads, and home less people.

This is the waiting room where every body gets thrown into right after they are arrested. You wait until your name gets called to get finger printed, then dressed in inmate attire, then moved to another room called "The Bullpen". It smells like bum urine and crap. It is full at all times. There's a couple of phones that will allow you to make phone calls. There is one TV which plays the same movie

over and over. Eventually everyone gets called out of the room for a quick minute to grab their bologna sandwich and milk carton. It is not a fun place to be in.
