As much as we love seeing your furry friends, we kindly ask that you leave them at home during the Mahwah Food Truck Festival.

Did you know that even the friendliest dogs can become reactive when they’re overwhelmed? Loud music, large crowds, unfamiliar people, food aromas, hot weather, and constant activity can create sensory overload, causing even well-behaved dogs to become anxious or act out of character.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone—including your pets—we encourage you to let them relax at home while you enjoy the festival. 🏡🐕

💚 Spread Kindness, One Step at a Time 💚

In partnership with our emergency services and the Lauerwald family, we are honored to help spread kindness, one step at a time, in memory of Nicholas Lauerwald. 💚

This fall, we are collecting donations for the Center for Food Action at multiple locations throughout town and at our community events. 🤝

Stop by Town Hall Tuesday 8/25 for a FREE health screening!

‼️LOCATION CHANGE‼️ New location: Mahwah Senior Center Art Room

Stop by the Municipal Building on Tuesday, August 25 between 11:00am and 1:00pm for free wellness screenings conducted by nurses from Hackensack Meridian Health's Community Outreach team.

No appointment is needed and each screening takes just a few minutes. Genetics counselors and Imaging staff will also be present to share information on topics including mammography, calcium score, and oncology.
