🏆 WE WON! 🏆
I’m incredibly proud to share that The Last Eight won the Best Woman Documentary Award at the Angeles Documentary Film Festival. ❤️🎬

And somehow, that wasn’t even the biggest surprise of the night…

Our world premiere was SOLD OUT.
To stand in a packed theatre in Hollywood and watch people experience a film that started as an idea in my head was something I’ll never forget.

But hearing The Last Eight announced as an award winner? That was a moment I never could have imagined.

This film has taken so much heart, hard work, late nights, uncertainty and belief to get here. There were so many moments when I had to remind myself to keep going and believe in the story.

And then, on the night of our world premiere, we got to celebrate it with a sold-out audience and a festival award. 🥹🏆
From Melbourne to Hollywood.
From an idea to an award-winning documentary with a sold-out world premiere.

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring The Last Eight to life and everyone who came out to celebrate with us.
What a way to begin this journey. ❤️

THE LAST EIGHT is officially SOLD OUT for its WORLD PREMIERE in Hollywood tonight!

What started as a little idea about the incredible people behind a Rose Parade float has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined - and tonight, we get to share it with a SOLD-OUT audience.

To everyone who bought a ticket, shared the film, told a friend, supported us, or simply believed in this crazy little project - THANK YOU.

From Australia to Hollywood... this is a pretty surreal full-circle moment.

Tonight, The Last Eight officially hits the big screen.

WORLD PREMIERE & OFFICIAL SELECTION📢
🎬I’m proud to announce that THE LAST EIGHT has been officially selected for the Angeles Documentary Film Festival in Hollywood, where the film will make its WORLD PREMIERE on August 30th at The Broadwater.

This is a huge milestone for our independent documentary, and I’m honored to have the film’s first audience be right here in Los Angeles.
