Trying something new. In an early draft of 1989's , writer Tom Mankiewicz had Dick Grayson playing a big role. Mankiewicz worked on films like "Ladyhawke", "Dragnet" and a few Roger Moore era Bond entries. I'm guessing he was aiming for the campy version of the Dynamic Duo as seen in the Adam West series.

A edit for from . The goal here was to try and hide Jack becoming the antagonist and trying to dismember his family with an axe. So, I included shots of him in peril or simply afraid.
