Some Indie films take a while to be completed. "The Perfect Shadow" is a good example of it. It was released earlier this month, coinciding with the recent solar eclipse. But watch me on several scenes starting on 34'18" and guess how long ago we shot most of it. At any rate, it was a great experience and I'm glad it's finally available to be seen :)

Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of meeting Emmy award winning actress Lindsay Wagner, who is also a powerful advocate and teacher. We both connected in our purpose to awaken our shared humanity. The New York Times reports that the Supreme Court is ready to let Donald Trump end DACA and deport nearly 800,000 young people to countries they might not even remember. Happy to start my 18th Hispanic Heritage Month speaking tour. I will be playing my short humanitarian film American Nightmare to bring awareness about the suffering of our most vulnerable brothers and sisters.
