This film follows the erotic hallucinations of a priest lusting after the wife of a general. But as many concluded, there is probably no meaning at all except to put the subconscious mind in the driver seat instead of riding passenger. This film was overshadowed by Dali's experimental surreal film but obviously known to be influenced by this 1928 freak sh*t of a film. The silent film was later re-scored by many musicians including Sioux and the banshees. Come sit by the fire at the drive inn!
