On Saturday March 18, WORDTheatre, in partnership with the Hollywood Legion Theater and Hollywood Post 43, is proud to present a literary tribute to veterans of the United States Armed Forces. In recognition of the 50th Anniversary of the end of
the Vietnam War, this WORDTheatre original production will shine a spotlight on stories penned by veteran writers who served in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. Three of America’s most renowned veteran memoirists, Richard Bausch, Tim O'Brien and Tobias Wolff, are coming to Los Angeles to experience their stories being brought to life by a cast that includes Bill Pullman, Dan Lauria, Ed Harris, Griffin Dunne, Jason George, Jason Butler Harner, Kathy Baker, Sharon Stone, and Toni Trucks. The veteran's first directing success came with WINGS, which was the first ever Academy Award winner for Best Picture!
