3D Printed Chestburster!

Printed in beige PLA with the AMS to get the white teeth in a multicolor print.
Red paint was used to mimic blood- washes for the crevices and thick paint for the blood on its head.

3D Printed Ekko Firelight Mask from Arcane!

This mask was 3D Printed in two parts- white and gold, fused together with 3D Gloop. Black dry brushing and washing was used to accentuate cracks and angles in the style of Arcane’s animation.

Features an adjustable elastic head strap to ensure a snug fit on nearly all head sizes.

3D Printed Venom helmet!
This is a raw print in multiple colors with acrylic dry brushed accents and light spray paint detailing.
Features a removable magnetic tongue and an articulating jaw that moves while you talk.
The back portion is secured with elastic straps to easily put it on and take it off, snapping into place with N52 magnets.

Tony Stark built this in a CAVE. With a box of SCRAPS!

Iron Man Mk1 faceplate. Printed on my Prusa Mk3s with a 0.6mm nozzle out of PETG. Fused with 3D Gloop, seams then plastic welded with bondo plastic metal. I only did one round of filling and sanding (with a final coat of filler primer, unsanded) to keep the look of "made in a cave".

Then a base coat of gloss white, a few coats of Montana metalic silver, and dry brushed the grime in different shades of grey and black . Finally sealed with Montana satin varnish

This is sized properly, but I decided to only make the faceplate, and not the full helmet.

Venomized Spider-Man Helmet!

This helmet is from the upcoming Spider-Man 2 video game. It's pretty much a 2 in 1 helmet! The venom helmet is completely removable, held together with magnets and tabs for a secure fit that is easy to take off when wanted. With the venom parts removed, the helmet is still completely wearable as a Spider-Man helmet.

Loki's Crown! (Avengers 2012 version)

Fully 3D Printed in PETG, welded with 3D Gloop and a soldering iron , sanded, and painted. I made this in a week when I got invited to the Loki Season 2 premier, and I think it came out pretty well for a 6 day build. Now in my etsy store!

LIGHT OUR DARKEST HOUR

Modern stylized Matrix of Leadership by Nikko.Industries! This highly detailed prop contains the collective wisdom of the Primes and will be sure to help you defeat the mighty Unicron.

Everything but the crystal is resin printed and sanded smooth. The crystal is printed in transparent blue filament with LEDs inside. You can change the pattern of the LEDs with a switch on the back. I'm currently working on designing a display stand, though it can stand on its own.

3D Printed Armorized Deadpool/Iron Deadpool helmet!
Printed on my Voron 2.4 in PETG. Sanded and painted with LED eyes. The faceplate and back are held on with a number of magnets to allow easy removal.

Love how the red came out- a gold base with a few coats of metalcast on top.

3D Printed Starlord helmet!

Printed in two parts, held together with magnets and elastic bands to make it easier to take on and off. Red LED rings behind the red lenses with a switch under the ear.

I used a lot of techniques I learned from Darkwing Dad, specifically for masking and painting.

I wanted to try ABS smoothing, so this was a bit of an experiment. It didn't smooth too well but was great for a first attempt. No sanding was done on the model but I think the effect works well for the helmet.
