We, the partial cast of The Adversary, had a fun little photoshoot yesterday at the studio, and in the spirit of the promotional nature of the shoot, I decided to have some fun. Straight Outta Compton, in theaters this Friday. The Adversary, on computers this fall.

I'd like to inform you all that the Contest Cut of The Adversary has been completed and submitted to the Regal Short Film Showdown as of 8:30 PM last night!

Now that this phase of the process is done, I'd like to keep everyone interested up to date on the rest of this odyssey. The contest will commence the first round of judging from July 13th to the 31st, from which six finalists will be chosen. I'll find out whether or not my amazing cast and crew have helped propel this film to the next round sometime after then, in early August.

In the meantime, I will be taking a break for the rest of this week, after which, on July 5th, I will recommence work on the film to complete my extended Director's Cut, which I will be shopping around to various festivals and contests for several weeks after its completion. If I am permitted by any of these institutions I may be sending it to, I will announce a YouTube release date at that time.

But don't fret! I will still have many little treats from The Adversary to share in the coming month, including some another announcement soon!
