Last evening a large crowd of admirers said a final "goodbye" to our friend and leader Emerson Cannon.

Most recently Emeron was President of Dame Juliana League's Board of Directors until he retired in 2024 after being a member since 1972 and President since 2019.

He worked tirelessly in his years with us and was often the glue that held our orgnization together. Emerson was steady, earnest, and industrious in assuring our orgsniztion's duties. In a word, he was DILIGENT!

We miss you already, Emerson.

It was cold, rainy, and a little windy but 20 new fly fishers enjoyed their introduction to fly fishing. This past Saturday Dame Juliana League held our 31st Annual Learn To Fly Fish Day.
