“The Screaming 68”
Adventure and Great fun are ahead of you! Pack 68 is one of the most active Cub Scout packs in the Triad area. We go to camping events like the Pirate Themed Cub Family Camp Out, rock climbing at Tumble Bee's, Lazer Tag in an all out Lazer Battle, Build and Race our Pinewood Derby Cars at Four Seasons Mall, march with pride in the Jamestown Christmas Parade
, Party and Eat at the Blue and Gold Banquet, and take our spring trip to places like Great Wolf Lodge! An indoor water park with water slides, a wave pool and water forts. It's also a fantasy hotel, where you can take up your own custom made magic wand and battle dragons, talk to faeries, seek out hidden treasure, listen to ghost stories from woodland creatures, or play in the arcade and bowling alley. If you take up the challenge of joining our pack, you will become part of something special. Our Trained Leaders will teach you skills that will help you in everything you do. From School to Sports, from Video Games to Camping. Many of them were Cub Scouts just like you, and all of them have been through Youth Protection Training to keep you safe. You will learn to DO YOUR BEST in everything you do. Just taking the step, and putting on the uniform will put you on the path to being a winner! Many of our Scouts become Boy Scouts, and several have gone on to become Eagle Scouts. An Honor that puts you in a special group of people, that include Astronauts, Presidents, and Movie Stars!
