Bike Nation Bike Nation is a bike-share company based in Southern California.

We are bringing a public bike share network to the City of Anaheim, Long Beach, Westwood, Hollywood, Venice, and Downtown Los Angeles. Bike Nation operates a system of bike-sharing kiosks which will provide systems to the City of Anaheim, the City of Long Beach, and the City of Los Angeles. A bicycle share system is a self-­service kiosk rental system where individuals can rent and return a bicycl

e anywhere within a network of stations. The project is a private venture with no public funds, providing SoCal residents with a quick, easy, and sustainable way to get around their beautiful city.

Bike Nation is selling 40 bicycles. These were originally purchased for the OCTA bike share program. Bikes have a step through frame, 3-speed, front and rear lights powered by a Dynamo hub, front basket, skirt guard, and dual hand brakes. The original price was $650. They are selling the fleet for $5,000 ($125 each).
