Slow success builds character.
Fast success builds ego.

There’s something powerful about having to wait.

Having to work when nobody is watching.
Having to fail, adjust, learn, and come back stronger.
Having to earn every relationship, every opportunity, every dollar, and every level.

Slow success teaches you how to carry what you prayed for.

Because getting there is one thing.

Having the discipline, humility, wisdom, and character to stay there is something completely different.

So don’t despise the slow season.

You’re not behind.

You’re being built.

Brick by brick.
Lesson by lesson.
Level by level.

And when your moment comes…

you’ll be ready for it. 🖤

THE GYM IS WHERE THE CONVERSATION STARTS. 🎙️💪🏾

Everybody talks about the workout.

But what about the things that determine whether you’ll still be able to do it 10, 20, or 30 years from now?

Strength.
Mobility.
Recovery.
Nutrition.
Mental health.
Discipline.
Injuries.
Aging.
And the everyday decisions nobody wants to talk about.

That’s what GYM TALK is about.

Not just reps and sets. Not perfection. Real conversations for real people trying to become healthier, stronger, and better versions of themselves.

I’ve spent years in fitness, working with different bodies, different ages, different goals—and one thing I’ve learned is that everybody has a story.

So let’s talk about it. 🎙️

🌎🏁 WORLD STAGE. BIG MOMENT.

Watching my niece Ashtyn Lewis step onto the track at the U20 Worlds and drop a 49-second split in the 4×400 relay… 🔥🔥🔥 ashtyn🫧

There are moments when you stop looking at someone as the little girl you remember and realize—

She’s becoming THAT athlete.

The speed is impressive.
The talent is undeniable.
But I’m even more proud of the work, discipline, sacrifice, and confidence it took to earn the opportunity to compete on a stage like this.

49 SPLIT. AT U20 WORLDS. 🌎⚡️

Ashtyn, keep running your race. Keep believing. Keep working.

The world is starting to see what your family already knew. ❤️

And she’s just getting started. World Athletics U20 Championships Oregon 26

26 years ago, God made me a father. ❤️

Tomorrow, He reminds me just how fast time flies.

My oldest daughter celebrates 26 years today, and my youngest celebrates 13 years tomorrow.

As I look at these pictures, I’m reminded that life isn’t measured by years… it’s measured by moments.

The tiny hands I once held are now building their own futures.

The little girls who used to crawl across the floor are now becoming incredible young women.

One is stepping deeper into adulthood.
One is stepping into her teenage years.

Yet no matter how much time passes, they’ll always be my baby girls.

To my daughters:

Thank you for teaching me patience, strength, unconditional love, and purpose. You’ve given my life meaning in ways you’ll never fully understand.

I pray that you both continue to walk boldly, love deeply, dream fearlessly, and always remember how much your father loves you.

Happy 26th Birthday to my first princess. 👑
Happy 13th Birthday to my youngest queen. 👑

Two birthdays.
Two Gemini girls.
One very proud Dad.

❤️♊❤️

“The greatest title I’ve ever earned isn’t entrepreneur, trainer, or businessman… it’s Dad.”

Some people see the medal.
I see the early mornings, the sacrifices, the tears, the setbacks, and the countless hours nobody saw.

Today, the world saw what we’ve known all along.

Somewhere between “Approved!” and “Angry!” is the real me.

Which sticker are you today? 👀👇🏾

No matter where life takes me,
moments spent with family and friends will always mean the most.

Peoria, thank you for the memories. ❤️

Watching my father teach my nephew something as simple as a phone…
reminded me that legacy isn’t always taught with words.

Sometimes it’s taught through presence.
Through patience.
Through moments like this. ❤️
