The Guilded Brick

The Guilded Brick The Guilded Brick is not only a gathering place for artists but a hub or oasis for all to feel inspired and expressive.

Rather than remove the past and erase the history, we must build upon it, celebrate and decorate it. Rather than tear the bricks down, we must gild them. The gilded bricks commemorate the gesture of taking overlooked and undervalued objects, locations, persons, and concepts and accentuating their beauty in an act that highlights the deep significance their history and existence.

Missing my baby The Guilded Brick. I was inspired to create something great in a place needing something great. This place would be in Holyoke MA. I had just returned from 5 years living on The Big Island of Hawaii and needed a positive project to replace the good vibes of Hawaii. Thank you to all who participated in those wonderful two years of music, art, dance, theater and community.
