Are you an artist or engaged in creative pursuits? Do you need affordable space to live, work, create, rehearse or perform? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our goal? To develop new affordable space for living, working and creating in DOWNTOWN HOLLYWOOD.

The Hollywood, FL CRA and Artspace Projects, Inc.(a national non-profit organization) are exploring the potential to create new affordable spaces for artists of all disciplines.

Please take our online survey. Your input is critical. The results will build support for the project and help secure funding. In addition, your responses will influence the location and type of new spaces, design features, amenities, programs and affordability.

The survey is waiting for you online at HollywoodArtspaceSurvey.org through March 28, 2016.

A large response is key to the project’s success. Please spread the word to others!

Lakes Residents,
The HLCA will host our January General Meeting this Tuesday, January 13th at 7pm at the Hollywood Beach Community Center, 1301 S. Ocean Drive. Parking is free and refreshments will be served. Our Guest Speakers will be newly elected Broward County Commissioner, Beam Furr who will conduct the 2015 HLCA Board of Directors Installation Ceremony. In addition, Smart Water CSI will give a presentation on their property identification product now authorized by the Hollywood Police for use by Hollywood residents.
