Summer is HERE — and we’re starting it right! The Hush House is throwing the ultimate summer kickoff for families with a one-of-a-kind Cardboard Cruisers Movie Night.

Leave the ordinary behind and roll into a night your kids will be talking about all summer long.
Here’s how it works:

Kiddos arrive in their very own handmade cardboard cruisers — built, decorated, and driven by them. Whether it’s a race car, spaceship, or mystery machine, every cruiser earns a front-row spot for the show.

We’ll be screening Disney’s Zootopia 2, the action-packed, family-favorite adventure where detectives Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are back on the case in a brand new mystery across the animal metropolis — the perfect movie to launch your summer in style.

While the little ones buckle up in their cruisers, parents settle into cozy Adirondack chairs and enjoy the show in relaxed, comfortable style — because summer is for the grown-ups too.

Please pardon us for not introducing ourselves earlier. We have done a horrible job marketing just how great we are. I guess when you are considered a small town (Garland is far from small) secret, you might need to change the narrative.
Hello, we are the Garland Hush House, an immersive movie experience. Have you ever been to a silent disco? Think that, but now at the movies.
Do you like being out and about, but not about really? Think the Garland Hush House. So you like going to the movies with friends or family, but want to ignore the one who talks the entire time, come to the Garland Hush House. Do you have a child that’s easily over stimulated at the movies, come to the Garland Hush House.
You can control the volume, relax in an Adirondack chair with a comfy cushion, enjoy a complimentary bag of popcorn, purchase snacks like Rotel nachos, dirty sodas, candy and cotton candy (free for children) plus host your own private events.
This isn’t just a movie, it’s a moment.
