Welcome back, Ridley Scott! Gladiator II is worth your time. Solid B+ effort. Denzel, Pascal, & Joseph Quinn all deserve award nominations. If it wasn't for Paul Mescal doing a poor Russell Crowe impression for two hours.. but still pretty decent overall. Minor spoiler: they use baboons instead of tigers in the arena this go-around. Fans of STARZ's hit series 'Spartacus' will appreciate the minor role that Peter Mensah has in Act I.
