Look at these cool flavors of Frazil we’re featuring now at the Roxy! We have the mysterious POG (which stands for passionfruit, orange and guava)… or if you’re in more of a purple frame of mind, try Rock ‘n’ Roll, which is a grape/raspberry combination. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Oh and by the way, we also have a great movie playing that you should come and see. Just saying.

We had a lot of movies for the kiddos this summer... now it's time for some grownup fare. Bring your popcorn appetite and check out some, or preferably all, of these upcoming movies! Showtimes 7:00 every night plus matinee at 1:30 each Sunday.

Great variety of movies to kick off our fall season!

Aug. 28 COYOTE VS. ACME (PG)
See what happens when Wile E. Coyote finally gets tired of all the Acme products constantly failing to work in his attempts to catch the Road Runner. Plenty of classic Looney Tunes characters in a brand new story that Acme does not want you to see!

Sept. 4 - PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE (PG)
After their ship gets caught in a mysterious storm, the PAW Patrol pups crash land on an uncharted tropical island filled with dinosaurs. When the PAW Patrol's archrival, Mayor Humdinger, inadvertently causes a huge, dormant volcano to erupt, the PAW Patrol pups are thrown into a series of high-stakes, dino-sized rescues bigger than anything they've done before.

Sept. 10 - PRACTICAL MAGIC 2 (PG-13)
PRACTICAL MAGIC 2 returns to a world steeped in moonlit mischief and powerful ancestral magic, as the Owens sisters must confront the dark curse that threatens to unravel their family once and for all in a must-see cinematic event of fun, magic and mayhem. Lots of people are asking about the new Paw Patrol movie, and why tickets aren't available on our website or mobile app yet.

There are a few steps that happen on the way to a movie getting to our website. First we have to decide that we want to play it -- for Paw Patrol, this has already happened. When we request to book a movie, it goes into the "coming soon" section of our website, but if you click on it, it'll say "This movie is not scheduled to play at this location."

That doesn't mean it's not coming -- it means the studio has not accepted our booking yet. Some movies get booked way in advance, but in many cases we have to wait to book a movie until we are sure it'll fit the time we have available.

Once a movie is booked, THAT'S when it appears on our website with showtimes, and you can buy tickets for it.

Sometimes a movie disappears from our "coming soon" area, such as happened this summer with "Disclosure Day." That happens when we think we'll play a movie, but then it comes out and doesn't do well, so we change our minds about playing it. Or, the schedule is too crowded, and we just didn't have an available slot -- that happened with "Young Washington." Since we are a single screen, we can't play every movie we'd like to because the studios will only allow one movie on a screen at a time. (It's a stupid rule, but it IS a rule.)

If you skipped over all of that, the bottom line is, Paw Patrol IS coming, most likely in the very early part of September, so hang tight!
