We hand pop our corn with the highest quality ingredients. We pop small batches that gives our corn the freshness and crispness that you should get from a traditional way to make kettle corn. Most kettle corn vendors use a "mushroom" style popcorn, that tends to be heavy coated in sugar which makes it candy like. We use a "butterfly" style popcorn that opens up the kernel for a perfectly blended s
weet and salty treat. The batches are dumped into a special bin that makes it easy to sift out the unpopped kernels and small pieces, leaving only high quality kettle corn for our customers. Our popularity grew when we began selling kettle corn at Roberts Municiple Stadium, Evansville In. Our corn became known as the "stadium kettle corn." At an outside event, we are approached alot with the question, "are you the kettle corn people from the stadium, you guys have the best kettle corn ever!"
