Big weekend ahead with Star Wars ahead I hope to see everyone out to watch it. We will also have a little later showtime on Friday we see how it goes and maybe a running thing throughout the summer if attendance it good.
As if you want your tickets early come by Thursday night and get them we will be open till 8.

We are still searching for a manager trainee to be placed in the next several months. The schedule is flexible and is a great opportunity for the right person.
* train here in Duncan
* all our theatres are located in Oklahoma
* yes it's evening, holidays and weekends but you have your time off and there is flexibility.
* looking for someone who is good with the public.
* response for day to day operations and building basic maintenance though we can train.
* this is a great opportunity to get experience.
* ability to do inventories and some computer work.
* someone who will work to build business its a fun job and will meet great people.
* your immediate supervisor is right here in Duncan.
* needs to be at least 21 years of age.

I have several people asking about upcoming movies. So let me explain a little. If it's a big title from a major studio then most likely we will get the movie. I don't know for sure or anything till the Monday before it's scheduled release, a lot is based on weekend business and the studio. Though we have at times had people ask about small independent movies or re-release movies. Re-releases several of those like 99% are done through "fathom events" and no we don't book those contract and cost. As for smaller movies the studios don't put the money behind them.
Then there are the movies advertised that are just in larger markets or limited and again the chances are slim if we get those. Studios want the most for their money and towns a 23,000 are you guessed it not big money.
I hope this helps people understand a little.

Hello all you movie goers. I hear that people are asking if I retired or left the theater. The answer is no,I am still around I have taken on a bigger role with Heritage Park Theatres. Overseeing several other locations so between Elk City, Weatherford, Altus, Duncan and Chickasha I have been busy.
You will have the same great service you have always had but by taking this role I am not there as much.
So Micah and Austin will make you feel welcome.

Hello movie fans,
We at the Heritage Park Theatres are looking for a manager in training. As an Oklahoma based company we have five locations all in Oklahoma. If you enjoy movies and are willing to relocate though I don't have a time span on this. Training will be done here in Duncan.
As for starting wage that will be discussed at interviews.
*Must be willing to relocate.
*Must be VERY customer focused
*Must understand you will work nights, weekends and holidays. Though we are flexible to a point.
*Shown to be a quick learner.
*Understand inventory and good with money.
*Some computer knowledge is helpful
*Needs to be at least 20 or older.

This is a fun job I should know even doing it for 39 years. It is a great learning experience and will make and meet new friends.
