๐๐๐๐ ๐๐: If last month was community theater optimism, this month is pure downtown chaos. Join us at as we continue our twelfth season with Martin Scorseseโs cult-favorite neo-noir/black comedy ๐๐
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
A delirious blend of black comedy, urban paranoia, and Kafkaesque misfortune, ๐๐ง๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ด follows mild-mannered office drone Paul Hackett (Griffin Dunne) as a late-night trip to downtown Manhattan spirals into an increasingly surreal odyssey of missed connections, bizarre encounters, and escalating bad luck.
Transforming 1980s New York into a labyrinth of anxiety and absurdity, the film is equal parts nightmare and screwball comedy, and it remains one of the most distinctive (and underrated) films of Scorseseโs career.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Beer/wine/concessions are available in Green Lightโs lobby; you can also grab dinner next door at Green Light Lounge + Kitchen! Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the box office or the link below or in our bio.
Our Third Thursday screening events tend to sell out, so reserve your seats now!
