The Peach & Gold Beet Salad

Chef loves to always have a riff of the classic beet & goat cheese salad on the menu. Most recently, we had the Strawberry & Beet Salad, which was wonderfully well received thanks to all of you! Now that we are moving into summer flavors, Chef has prepared his most recent riff on this salad. We have roasted gold beets, macerated peaches, a habanero vinaigrette, topped with goat cheese, and basil.

And yes, it is as good as it sounds 😎
