I haven’t said that enough lately, and today I really need to.

A year ago, I helped these two find a rental. Today, I got to watch them sign the papers and become HOMEOWNERS for the very first time. 🏡🔑

Talk about a full-circle moment.

When it was time to buy, we found the one — and so did several other people. 😂 We walked straight into a multiple-offer situation, put together a strong offer, and WE GOT IT! 🙌

Thirty days later, we were sitting at the closing table.

But my favorite part of this one isn’t winning the multiple-offer situation or getting it closed in 30 days. It’s getting to watch people I first helped find a place to rent come back a year later ready to buy a home of their own — and getting to be there for both chapters.

They have been an absolute delight to work with, and I couldn’t be happier for them. ❤️
