UPDATE:

We have just been notified that our area is currently under a Code Maroon Air Quality Alert, indicating hazardous air conditions.

In accordance with recommendations from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Allegheny County Health Department advising residents to remain indoors, we believe it is in the best interest of both our staff and our guests to close the drive-in for this evening.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Most importantly, we encourage everyone to stay safe, limit outdoor exposure, and follow all recommended precautions.

SAM NEILL TRIBUTE WEEKEND

IMPORTANT UPDATE: DATES HAVE CHANGED!!! Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict we must push the tribute weekend to July 24-25-26.

The world recently lost an incredible actor and storyteller, and the man who brought Dr. Alan Grant to life for generations of Jurassic fans, Sir Sam Neill. This weekend, we invite everyone to help us pay tribute to him, celebrate his life, and help make a difference to the lives of others.

After battling blood cancer with unbelievable courage, Sam became an inspiration to many. In his honor, we have partnered with the Mario Lemieux Foundation to help support cancer research and patient care.

We have purchased 300 mini plush dinosaurs for this event, and encourage you to buy one by naming your own price. Whether you wish to purchase one for $2, $20, or any amount that sounds right to you, we will be donating 100% of the plush sales to the Mario Lemieux Foundation. In addition, we will be donating a portion of our proceeds from the weekend along with a special contribution from us to the foundation as well.

Let’s make this weekend about celebrating a man’s legacy, making a difference, all while enjoying a golden age of classic cinema. Whether you grew up with Jurassic Park, discovered Sam through Jurassic World Dominion, or remember him from Dead Calm, we hope you’ll join us this weekend.

To help spread the word, we will be giving away 8 Funko Pop Jurassic SUV’s and Dr. Grant collector sets. All you have to do to enter is like, comment, and share to help us get the word out. We will pick 8 winners at random Friday (7/24) at 6pm and will be replying to their comments with prize info. Beware of scammers, the replies will come from our page and will not ask you to click a link.
