A.B.C. (Analysis of Black Cinema) Theme: Tyler Perry []_[] Aims to explore how Black Cinema has evolved over the years and identify the salient images the media is currently promoting.

This year the community will focus primarily on the works of filmmaker Tyler Perry. The ABC (Analysis of Black Cinema) SIH floor will delve beyond Black Cinema. Instead, we will discuss the themes that are prominent in Black entertainment/media such as Religion, Love and Relationships as well as themes that we as students face everyday like race, class, socioeconomic status and our role in the present world.
