What a great event!! Several brand new visitors in attendance as well as all the regular members. Lots of great food served. All the hard work that has been done to the buildings looks so great! New paint on five different buildings! New doors on the saloon! New beds in the Monarch Boarding House! Our new dining establishment is working great, even if it is not complete yet.
We had lots of folks try their hand at prospecting. The Crockett Mining company sold chances to enter one of their mines to try to locate silver ore. Once some was found, it was taken to the bank to be assayed and weighed and changed out for cash. The skinflint banker was hard to deal with, but the cash was paid.
The Outlaw Rodriguez brothers were found quickly after their short crime spree in town and were dispatched by our law officers. The Dickens family left the "holler" and came to town in force to defend the honor of Cousin Hawkeye who had gotten into trouble. Two temporary deputies had to arrest Lucky Ned after he made an appearance in town. It was quite a job and resulted in the demise of one of the brave lawmen.
If you missed this event, you missed a fun one. Make plans to keep your January schedule open. We are growing and we are having fun.

Well... it appears that the quite peaceful days have ended in Sabine Crossing. Rumor has it that these three outlaws have sworn to kill the towns new Marshal so they can have free rein to rob and steal from all the miners. Please remain vigilant.

We are one week away from the Silver Strike event. The mother lode of silver has been struck and rich ore is being brought into town every day. We would like to inform you that 'neer do wells' and thieves have recently been a problem. City Marshal Cantrell has sent for assistance from his former partner and colleague from Fort Worth. Together, they plan to keep Sabine Crossing a safe place for honest citizens to live and do business.
We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Ok folks... we are only 3 weeks away from all the fun and adventure of the Great Silver Strike event at Sabine Crossing. Silver has been found in the area and looks like folks are about to get RICH! More miners have continued to arrive in the area and have staked out claims to start their mines. If you desire to get rich, make sure to stake your claim as soon as you arrive in town. A new Assay Office has opened up in town to test your ore so you can trade hard rocks for cold cash! New mining Companies have came to town and are hiring workers every day. Silver and cash seem to appear everywhere in town.
Dont miss this fun and exciting weekend , starting at 5pm on Friday September 18th and goes through Sunday morning September 20th. Any first time guest who have not pre-registered, let us know so we can send out a visitor packet to you. The weekend event fee of $65 ($75 for couples) which will be paid upon arrival goes to cover all your meals for the weekend.
We are excited and looking forward to seeing everyone there.
