The Chief Theatre was built in 1928, and is still a landmark on Coldwater's Main St. It is also listed on the National and Kansas State Historical Registry. Recently renovated, the theatre still shows first-run movies and also features a stage for live performances. The Chief Theatre is also now capable showing movies in 3D! MOVIE TICKET PRICE is $5.00 for children and $6.00 for adults. If the mo

vie is being shown in 3D, the price increases to $7.00 for children and $8.00 for adults. Any "R" rated movies mean that any one under the age of 17 requires coming with an adult over 21 years of age. The Chief Theatre strictly enforces this rule as set by the film industry.
