We attended the 2026 Youth Livestock Auction last week at the Eaton County 4H Fair.
Purchased Carsyn Cruz sheep which weighed 141 #. Well done!

Big shout out to BIG Big Kid Tree Worx, LLC... As a realtor - access to your properties is "kinda important .. With Mother Nature acting up recently, I had one of my listings fell prey to the heavy winds and toppled a "few" larger trees .. 1 call to Justin/Big Kid Tree Worx and it was handled .. They even cleaned up and blew off the drive to "spruce" up the place !! .. Fair Price, honest folks, and quality work ... Well done and much appreciated ...

LOOK UP CHARLOTTE !! AMERICA's 250 !! ...We got a super cool mural being placed on the Christenson's building ... There will be a handful of local sponsors featured on the building - KUDOS to ROSS CUPP of 100% Seamless Gutters for leading this celebration of 250 yrs of AMERICA !! .. The mural will span the entire west-facing wall - to be seen at the downtown courthouse lawn !! .. Team Soderberg Realty/ Five Star Leaders was asked to participate & be a sponsor, and Digger Towe, Realtor - Five Star Real Estate Leaders and I got our checkbooks out !! We will be featured on the East wall ( close to the Fire Station ! ) .. The Graffiti image shown won't be the final product, but it was too cool not to share !! .. The mural is to be completed by 7/4/26 !!

Get excited and keep looking up !! And can't wait to see the final product !!
