The busy summer season is in full swing here at the Terrace!
Here are some simple tips to make your movie experience with us as fun and easy as possible
🎟Buy your tickets ahead of time at terracetheater.com! We do our best to move things around and add additional shows but sometimes movies just sell out and we hate to disappoint y'all!
🚗We share our parking lot with various other businesses so parking on a busy night with new movies coming out can be....frustrating. Please carpool, rideshare, walk or bike (carefully!) when you can. As always, please be mindful of where you park, don't block lot entrances, exits or other cars and be respectful of the neighborhood and other businesses!
⌚️We do not have assigned seating so everything is first come, first serve! We also have a truly silly amount of snacks, candy, beer, wine and more to choose from. Allow yourself plenty of time to settle in and get prepared to enjoy your show
🎬Yes we need to see your online tickets! You should get an email with a QR code that we will need to scan at the box office or concessions counter when you arrive. Printing out your ticket ensures you will get to the correct auditorium at the right time!
***We recommend buying directly from terracetheater.com, as we can always look up your ticket by your last name.***
We are not able to do this for tickets bought through sites like Fandango. If you do buy on a third party site screenshotting the QR code is always a good idea.
🗣If someone is talking, on their phone, being disruptive, etc during your movie just pop out to the lobby and let the staff know. A manager will take care of it ASAP. We try to check theaters but we can't always catch folks being rude. There's no need to sit there fuming for your entire movie!
