Continuing our trip down memory lane, we're taking a look back at when CFF entered a new decade - 2020! Held in the Cambria Center for the Arts, as well as some new venues, the 2020 festival was a memorable one, filled with iconic filmmaker moments, musical celebrations, community events, and another year of celebrating the LOVE OF FILM with our audience.

As we continue to look back on and celebrate the years that made us, we turn our attention to 2019, our second year as a festival and one to remember! From continuing our film screenings to shining a spotlight on our filmmakers and guests, CFF came back to offer more of what our audience loved. Additionally, audiences were treated to a special panel event showcasing the magic of Disney animation/filmmaking with filmmakers behind BEAUTY AND THE BEAST!

As we round the corner into fall, we're getting ready to celebrate 10 years of CFF at an upcoming special event! Stay tuned for more festival throwbacks and announcements!

As we enter our 10th year, we're taking a look back to all the years, films and people that brought us to where we are today, starting with our founding year - 2018.

Co-Founded by Nancy Green and Alan Fraser in 2017, CFF got off to a strong start in 2018 with a tremendous lineup of short and feature rom-coms and other romantic films showcasing the "complexities of love". Welcoming filmmakers and special guests from around the world including Cambria legend Nehemiah Persoff, actress Suanne Spoke and various others, CFF celebrated what made audiences "love" film!

Patrons enjoyed a slew of festivities including an incredible awards ceremony hosted at the historic Hearst Castle Theater and Visitor Center.
