We have been getting more requests for this movie than any other title in 2026.

So here it is: BACKROOMS.

Based on a creepy internet folklore, and fueled by the innovative minds at A24, the film is one of the most anticipated of the year. It's a smart, creative psychological horror film with incredible practical effects.

For those of us who are out of the loop (ahem, over 30) - this is still a film worth your attention, starring Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave, Doctor Strange) and Renate Reinsve (Sentimental Value, The Worst Person in the World), and directed by Kane Parsons, a24's youngest director EVER.
