Alright, Alright, Alright!

Last night, Alamo Drafthouse Mueller was officially dedicated to the famed Texas actor, producer, professor and all-round Austin ambassador Matthew McConaughey, in what will now "forevermore be known as the Matthew McConaughey Cinema."

Joined by his family, friends, and some notable tastemakers — the unveiling of the cinema's plaque was closed with a Pantalones Organic Tequila toast and followed by a screening of McConaughey's latest film THE RIVALS OF AMZIAH KING.

From there the red carpet unfolded and guests were treated to live intros of the film, followed thereafter by a live Q&A with McConaughey, director Andrew Patterson, and actress Angelina LookingGlass.

The night closed out with a true Southern shin-dig, where McConaughey himself and the film's musicians took to the stage for a series of live performances.

Opening this weekend, don't miss McConaughey as he leads the sweet-as-honey southern crime drama THE RIVALS OF AMZIAH KING, with a Certified Fresh 93% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
