On the 33rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act being signed into law, we’re happy to share that the #ADA is the newest historical topic in Civics! An American Musical. Students can learn about the long journey to the passage of the act, key figures such as the “Mother of the Disability Rights Movement” Judy Heumann, and landmark decisions.
