Our episode is officially launched and published! I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Stephanie Cortese of "That's for Company Podcast." We had a blast speaking on my favorite topic, Friendship.

This week I chatted with Friendship Coach Andrea Smoak, otherwise known as ‘Your girlfriend next door. A Georgia native whose passion is to help others reach their goals and personal potential. Her coined phrase ‘lifeships’, truly resonates with me, and something that I feel many will resonate to as well, as the phrase summarizes her deep understanding of the value and complexity of female relationships, and her ability to identify authentic and genuine connections. Andrea and I chatted a few times and we laughed a lot, as we exchanged our narratives and understandings of female connections in our personal culture, expectations and constructs of female dynamics within society, the role of vulnerability within relationships, and the commonality of loneliness that threads deeply through all of us, especially right now.

Some of the things I have found really support me during this time are self- awareness, self-love and self-acceptance.

So when one of my dear friends and colleagues, Isabelle Bridges, asked me to be in her Awakened Mother Series, I was an immediate yes!

National Women's Day

This day was created to celebrate women's achievements.

As a woman myself, I wanted to applaud women near and far who have poured into me, directly and indirectly. I wouldn't be the woman I am today if it weren't for others sharing their wisdom and experiences.

Throughout history, countless women have used their lives and influence to shape entire societies and the culture around them. Women have benefited the world and earned their place in the history books, still admired and respected to this day. International Women’s Day is celebrated all around the world as a tribute to the good women have achieved, to applaud how far our rights have come, and to highlight issues that still need to be addressed.
