ورشــة «تكميــل» هــي مواصلــة وتطويــر لورشــة المشــاريع، المنشأة ســنة 1992، و التــي كانــت بفضــل منــح الإنجـاز،علـى مـدى 10 دورة متتاليـة خلال مهرجان أيام قرطاج السينمائية،مسـانداقوّيـا لعديـد المواهـب الإفريقيـة و العربيـة لكتابـة سـناريوهاتهم.
وتهـدف ورشـة «تكميـل»، وهـي فـي نسـختها الثالثة، إلـى إتاحـة الفرصـة لسـينمائيين أفارقـة و عـرب لعـرض
أفلامهـم فـي طـور مـا بعـد الإنتـاج لتقييـم ل
جنـة تحكيـم دوليـة و التي ستسند منحا
للمشاريع الواعدة. L’atelier Takmil, "Finition" en arabe, qui se tient dans le cadre des journées Cinématographiques de Carthage, est le prolongement et l’évolution de l"’Atelier de projets" créé en 1992, qui, grâce à l’octroi de bourses de développement, a servi, pendant 10 sessions consécutives, de soutien à de nombreux talents africains et .arabes pour l’écriture de leurs scénarios
Initié lors de la 25ème session des JCC en 2014, Takmil, qui en est à sa troisième édition, a pour objectif de permettre à des cinéastes africains et arabes de soumettre leurs films, en phase de post-production, à
l’expertise d’un jury international. Jury qui attribuera des bourses d’aide à la finition aux films les plus prometteurs
The Takmil (finishing in Arabic) workshop, that takes place during the Carthage Film Festival, is an extension and evolution of the "project workshop" established in 1992, which, through the granting of development awards, provided during 10 consecutive sessions support to many African and Arab talents for writing their script
