Design 103 International at ASA Architect Expo 2026

Meet us at Booth E1, where we present “Design 103 Landmark in the Collective City” an interactive experience that invites you to explore the elements of a city through a miniature urban landscape shaped by our projects.

In this collective city, people of different generations are represented as colorful block cubes. These cubes can be stacked and arranged, symbolizing how diverse communities come together to form a vibrant urban environment. Each cube represents a unit, contributing to the evolving cityscape.

At the end of the exhibition, visitors are invited to take a cube home and repurpose it as a cactus pot.

D103i’s Songkran Party

D103i recently celebrated Songkran with a gathering that brought the team together in a relaxed and festive setting.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Khun Chuchawal Pringpuangkeo, our founder, for taking the time to visit and join the celebration. His presence added significance to the occasion and was appreciated by everyone.

The day was filled with traditional blessings, shared moments, and a generous festive feast. It offered a welcome pause from daily work and an opportunity to reconnect as a team.

We look forward to carrying this positive spirit into the year ahead.

A few moments from Boardroom Battle at The Green Real Estate 2026.

Toon Virochpoka, our Co-CEO, joined the discussion on sustainability in Thailand’s construction industry. The question of whether sustainability should remain “optional” continues to prompt reflection.

The session reinforced a clear point: sustainability is rarely constrained by technical feasibility alone. More often, it is shaped by priorities, timing, and how early it is embedded into the design process.

Debate topic: Is it still reasonable to consider sustainable construction optional in Thailand today?

Join the discussion to explore how design teams make critical decisions about what remains in a project and what gets removed and whether labeling sustainability as “optional” reflects genuine constraints or simply the comfort of maintaining current practices.

Design firms often have more influence than many realize. They translate a developer’s vision into buildable plans deciding which materials are specified, which building systems are implemented, and which sustainability measures survive the budget review.

These decisions are made long before construction begins, yet they shape whether a building can respond to climate challenges, control long term energy costs, or comply with future regulatory standards.

With a strong sustainability background and extensive project experience in Thailand, Khun Toon brings insight into the balance between responsible long term design and the practical realities of what clients are prepared to invest in today.
