Golden Village proudly presents the SFS Special Presentation: Dayo Wong Film Festival (DWFF), a showcase of iconic films starring legendary Hong Kong actor Dayo Wong, presented exclusively by Golden Village in collaboration with Singapore Film Society.

Featuring three specially curated Cantonese films, Night King, A Guilty Conscience and The Last Dance – Director’s Cut, this limited-time festival offers audiences an opportunity to experience Dayo Wong’s iconic performances on the big screen, exclusively at Golden Village.

【✨AFA19 Exciting Programmes Ahead! Masterclass Announcement｜第19屆亞洲電影大獎大師班公佈 ✨】

第19屆亞洲電影大獎舉行在即，今日率先公布三場重磅活動——國際影壇亞洲影后章子怡大師班、屢獲歐洲三大影展肯定的導演賈樟柯大師班，以及《魷魚遊戲》導演黃東赫大師班。

一個童年遊戲，如何變成全球現象？黃東赫把關於階級與選擇的現實問題，轉化為一個令人無法移開目光的故事世界。從電影導演到現象級影集創作者，他如何累積多年經驗，走到這一步？這場大師班，他會親自拆解。

🎬 #賈樟柯 大師班
賈樟柯出生於山西一個小鎮，成長環境與電影毫無關係。他開始拍片，只為記錄城市的變化與身邊的人。多年後，他的作品多次入選柏林、康城與威尼斯三大影展，成為國際影壇備受關注的華語導演之一。他的電影沒有誇張情節，也沒有英雄人物。他關心的是在時代變動中的年輕人與城市。從小鎮出發，他如何讓這些故事被世界理解？

提起章子怡，人們總會想起《臥虎藏龍》和《一代宗師》。但從出道之初，她一直透過角色，讓世界看見中國女性的力量和深度。在《茉莉花開》中一人分飾三角，橫跨三代女性命運，她讓世界看見來自中國的年輕女演員如何以角色書寫時代。這次大師班，她將分享如何透過角色突破，不斷拓展中國女演員在世界銀幕上的形象與可能。

🎥 Masterclass
How did a childhood game become a global phenomenon? Hwang Dong-hyuk transformed themes of class and choice into a gripping story world watched around the world. From acclaimed film director to creator of a cultural phenomenon, how did he get here? Hear it from him directly.

🎬 Masterclass
Born in a small town in Shanxi, far from the film industry, Jia began filming simply to capture the changes around him. Today, his works have been selected by Berlin, Cannes and Venice, earning international recognition. Without dramatic twists or heroic figures, he tells stories of people and cities in transition. How did these local stories come to resonate globally?

✨ Masterclass
When speaking of Zhang Ziyi, audiences often think of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and The Grandmaster. From the start of her career, however, she has used her roles to reveal the strength and depth of Chinese women. In Jasmine Women, playing three characters across three generations, she showed how performance can carry history. In this masterclass, she will discuss how she continues to push boundaries and expand the presence of Chinese actresses on the global screen.

【🎨 敢再想像｜與《世外》主創探索動畫未來｜Together We Dare to Animate the Future｜Campus Talk】

As part of the Hong Kong Film Gala Presentation - Singapore, a special animation-focused campus talk will be held featuring the creative team behind 𝘼𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙. Producer CHAN Gin Kai and director TOMMY NG Kai Chung will take audiences behind the scenes to explore how the film’s imaginative universe and visual language were developed, and how Hong Kong’s cultural identity is woven into its fantasy storytelling.

Extending beyond the film itself, the talk will also touch on key trends shaping the future of Asian animation - including cross-regional IP collaborations, the rise of AI and real-time technologies, and how new creative tools are expanding the possibilities of narrative and representation.
