We are a home for internationals and locals, and a place to stay moved. At LAB-1 you can experience films, live music, exhibitions, parties and events in 1 building! LAB-1 stands for retro, coziness, dynamism and creativity, a place to enjoy, hang out and feel at home. In LAB-1 you can work, play games, chill or relax in the evening with a drink in our cinema bar. You can watch the best Hollywood,
music films, art-house, classic and documentary films in one of our five cinemas and attend a comedy night, concert or event in our event room. For the best parties you can go to the club on the second floor and at the same time you go one floor higher to attend one of our film marathons. We are much more than a cinema. A place to amaze yourself! In 2014, LAB-1 was temporarily located in the abandoned building of Philips Physical laboratory on STRIJP-S. And in 2017, LAB-1 was temporarily located in the oldest building of Eindhoven: the Mariënhage monastery. In 2018 we took over the former Euro Cinema/cinema at the Keizersgracht 19 in Eindhoven!
