Today marks the international literacy day (8/9/2023).
It's also a day I used to remember my father who was an organizer of Adult literacy in my locality. In those days we witnesses series of activities marking this historic day.
People in those days were sensitized on the importance of education. Drama mostly on health seeking behavior and cinema shows (Majigi) in the night are also part of the things my father and his team organizes. Today marks the international literacy day (8/9/2023).
