With 9 months of growth on Cintra Bay (Morocco), the oysters have a good amount of time to continue developing and reaching the desired size for commercial sale. During this time, they will be regularly monitored and cared for to ensure optimal growth and health. Once they reach the commercial size, they will be harvested, processed, and prepared for sale to consumers. It's important to provide the oysters with the necessary conditions and care to ensure a successful growth process and a high-quality final product.
