What is The E11EVEN? THE E11EVEN is Cambodia’s newest Independent Cinema. We offer a super comfy and fully air-conditioned 16-seater movie theater, along with a fully equipped bar selling drinks, meals, snacks and home-made popcorn. Where is it? Our cinema is located at the former location of The Flicks 2, inside the famous 11 Happy Hostel (try to make it to their HUGE rooftop terrace for a drink, you won’t regret it.) What films do you screen? You can see what’s playing on our page where we post weekly our schedule. Our film selection ranges from Blockbusters, Mind-blowing Documentaries and Foreign as well as Local films, We also aim to screen a film about Cambodia at least once a day. (such as: The Killing Fields, First They Killed My Father, Same Same But Different, The Missing Picture) How much will a ticket cost me? To celebrate the opening of our brand-new cinema we are having a Limited Special offer. Only $2.50 cover charge for the whole day (yes, you can watch all of our daily scheduled films for only 2.50!) How can I buy a ticket? Our tickets counter opens 30 minutes before every scheduled screening , first come is first serve! Are the screenings truly in HD? no bad dvd-rips quality guaranteed? Yes! We won’t screen anything less than true 1080HD out of principal. We want you to have a truly amazing and High-Definition experience. What about subtitles? By default all our screenings have English subtitles, unless specified otherwise. Which food & beverages can i get? We have a huge stocked fridge full of soft/hard drinks + chocolate bars, a full food menu from 11 Happy Hotel’s kitchen and REAL salty home-made popcorn made with organic coconut oil. yummy... Can I book the cinema for a private screening? Of-course you can, We offer any of the weeks scheduled screening for you to choose from or you can also bring your own movie (only on USB, no dvd’s) - How much will it cost me? We charge only $25.00 per private screening, this rate stays the same despite the length of the movie screening duration. - How do I book a private screening? Easy! Either send us a message here or reserve directly with us at our cinema. (if no-one is present at the ticket-counter you are more than welcome to book it through the 11 Happy Hotels Reception, which is only 6 meters walk away) - What times can I hire the cinema for? Only outside our regular schedule times, as long as your private sessions finished at least 30 minutes before our scheduled public screenings start. - Please note it is not permitted to smoke or bring your own food & beverages inside!
